When Your School Board is White AF
I know--on sight--that it is not the place for me.

A terrifying sight for me is when I walk into a school building and see the photo of the School Board...and it has all white people. I know--on sight--that it is not the place for me.

When I worked for MCS, me peeps asked me,
Why the fuck would you work there?

Money.
Was it worth it?
It depends on how you define "worth" during the space and time that you are in at the time. I am still debating it as I write this.
And don't get any silly ideas and think that just because Brown people are on a School Board that you will get any work place/employee protections. Just know if you don't see any, you should probably run.
**Disclaimer: No School Board member should be judged on the quality of their face presentation, but rather on the content of their character.
Would you choose money over everything?
